I just got a new Dell workstation and have an issue with CS2 I have never seen before. (Win XP.) On startup, sometimes (maybe half the time) the text boxes on the toolbar for the hand tool and magnifying tool are blank -- not grayed out -- but flat-out blank. It doesn't matter if there is an image open or not. Same thing with the dialog if I am opening an image with a profile mismatch, and for Photoframe 3.0, when I try to start it the first time. If I wait long enough (usually by doing something else) the text finally appears. The video driver is the current one. PS is otherwise fine and the installation went fine as far as I could tell. Does anyone have a fix for this?
