Like if i have a person i wanna put behind a des kor sumtin or behind another person laying down is the only way of doing that like cuting the person into 2 layers and making one visible over desk and other under or is there an eaiser way? like in this pic you cna see i tried to hide the chinese women behind the dead man but i had some issues with mid section and had to brush it up. how to avoid that???

It seems to have to do more with how you selected the person. But you can always add a mask to the chinese women layer and mask out the unwanted parts or if masking isn't part of your PS skills yet. Simply get a semi-hard eraser and erase or smooth the edges.
masking is the ideal and easiest way to insert people or objects into anothe photo.
