hi y'all im trying to get a technique over text where you get that badly printed look from the olden days.where its like on a second or third print run and the ink's a bit patchy and sketchy i havnt got any examples but you know what i mean!how do i do it? |

Create some text, then rasterize the layer. Then select only the text, hide the layer, create a new layer, and in that new layer, scribble in your selection. This might simulate it, maybe? |

My take would be to create the text, and apply a layer mask. Next using some grunge brushes, dab the layer mask with black. Use a variety of brushes to mix up the effect. |
