right heel the blemishs on the orignal image then duplicate that layer just once

i then devate from the tutorial slightly

i then gusson blur the copy layer at around 17

then hide the layer that has been blured and lasso the area that you want to be sharp then show the copy layered and press delete

i then changed the layer from normal to lighten then merge the two layers then use curves tool to darken it to how you want

hope this helps

I tryed all of your guys tutorials and i think i like tickey's it's a little easyer to use i think, even though of course to get a good result you have to have a sharp, clear picture to use.

swanseamale47 This one was a little difficult for me because even i picked color from my face with eyedropper tool it was still not the same.

hot shot This one not i like it but not as much detailed as i found to be in this one.

But it was cool to try different ways, because there are a lot of ways how to get this effect.
