Hi,

I've just bought a Canon 5D and shoot weddings. Are there any filters in Photoshop that replicate the effects of B/W filters when using film eg: orange and red filters (on camera)

cheers

kevin

Yes is the simple answer, you can use the channel mixer, tick the mono box and ajust the sliders, a better idea though is download Virtual photographer plug in which takes a lot of the fiddling out of it (free)

Hey thanks for the link.
Is it a stand alone ? or a plug in for Photoshop?

It's a plug-in, it shows up in the filters menu. It works quite nicely. Wayne
