For some reason my text is upside down. How do i fix that?

The quickest way is select the move tool, make sure show bounding box is ticked and move the curser just outside a corner of the text box, it'll change shape to a curved shape, click and drag the text around the right way up.
I can't work out how you managed to get this to happen, I failed to make it type upside down. Wayne
