Can someone point me to a tutorial or give me some ideas of what tools to use in PS7 to get this kind design?
Please note the round shiny edges.

Thank you

there's a bevel and emboss, probaly pillow or something, and a stroke, other than that, you can use the pen tool to get that shape...

1. Draw the shape with rounded rectangle tool.
2. Set the color to dark green.
3. Select the layer.
4. Go to select>modify>contract (1 pixel)
5. Create another layer.
6. Fill with lighter shade of green.
7. Use high featherd eraser tool to erase the parts.
8. Control click the first layer again.
9. Create a new layer and stroke it with 1 pixel light green color. Deselect and erase the parts and move the layer.

Thank you for your response and you time,
I will try to do it as you told me but what about the squeeze shape, it will be done before or after and how its will be done.
The whole idea I want it to looks like a waving flag that has dark blue on the top, white on middle and red on bottom.
Sorry for all this questions I rally appreciate your time and your help.

Thank you
