Popular photography recently published an article on how to create your own personalized copyright brush, however, I can't get it to work. I also can't get them to return my email questions on the subject. Can someone give me the steps to create a copyright brush?

first
new layer
500x300
write copyright 2006 [yourname] in arial font
then
get the custom shape tool [press U]
look in the drop down box at the top
find the copyright one
put it to the left of 'copyright'
then
layer
flatten image
take the rectangle marquee tool
out line the whole copyright thing
edit then define brush

there you go its in your brushes now

Once I go thru all of the steps-all the way thru defining the brush, the new copyright brush is nowhere to be found. Shouldn't it be under the brush tool in the tool pallette?

It should be on the bottom of the brush list (new brushes allways appear on the bottom) check to see if it is there, sometime they dont look the same in the preview depending on which view you have selected.
