You'll have a job getting it exactly the same, but you can get close with a circular marquee, then new layer, fill with a gradient, the draw a line with the pen tool click your text on the line and it will follow it, then add a bevel emboss layer style to give the letters a raised effect. Wayne

yea, it looks like the distortion may aid a little. then you can use the pen tool to draw in the rest.

There's actually a lot happening in your example. Along with the text extrusion, you have some tricky perspectives and lighting with the curvature of the text. I'm not saying it can't be done in PS, but as Wayne noted, it's a heck of a lot of work.
I'd go at it with a 3D program, virtually any one of them could do this easily. Try a demo download of Bryce, or some such, if it's a one off (Bryce is pretty cheap if you decide you like it). Here's a real quickie render of extruded, curved text, using Carrera.
** edit - After the fact, I opened up Bryce for the first time in a long time and remembered text in Bryce is a royal pain, possible but a royal pain.
