what do you think? I used a base image, but ended up erasing an modifying quite a few of the lines...

well i think you are going for the cartoon type outlines and things. are you using the pen-tool or the brush? i dont know if your going for the rough lines, but i think the lines are a bit jagged. the hardness of the outline and the softness of the brush with the eyes and the fur looks a little strange.
good job on creating the soft looking fur.

yea I didnt adjust the lines at all so they're very rough, for this one I was going for cartoonish because thats alll I can do at the moment.

well you pulled off the cartoonish look... maybe it woul dbe even better than it is if you added smaller outlines or somthing to the eyes, and white parts of the fir. looking good man, keep it up
