i Just finished my friend's band logo. they wanted their name, but as if it were writen with mercury. what do you think?

nice, its a bit rougher than actual mercury, but how did you pull that one off? |

thnks for the comment. i wanted to give it a bit more texture to make it a tad more intresting. the smoother version was cool but didnt look quite right.
i did it using channel mask, blurs, and messed with the curvs...also just for some touch-ups i went and detailed it with a smaller brush. |

so channel masks = funky text? I dont know how to use channel masks though
Messed with curves = Beveled/smooth look
blurs = ? |
