I've been told this is created with brushes but I haven't found an online tutorial that explain me how to do this. Actually I don't even know the right keyword to do a google search for this kind of effect.
On this two examples, the effect is not that strong, but as you can see it has this old style, with scratches, and dust (which is the effect I'm looking for).
Is anyone familiar with this effect, please?

brushes, just type in photoshp brushes in google, or even grunge brushes. Download them to a file you can remember. go to the brush, then click on the down arrow -> load brushes then find the folder with your brushes and then when you go to change your brush they should be available. |

Thanks a lot Haunus, I actually found a lot of brushes. Now I just need to start practicing and looking for online tutorials to get such effect on the pictures. I found these three pictures which are even a better example of what I want to achieve. I love this kind of artwork, and I'm sure there must be books about this.
