how do I create nice thing lines that are curved, I used the pen tool and then stroke the work path but it doesnt look the same because if I use a really thin brush...say 1 px, it comes out edgy, and thicker brushes create lines that are too thick.

Have you tried using the penCIL tool for your situation? The pencil tool may help you out.

you mean the normal pencil, it moves too much, I cant get a line with a perfect curve like that...

It seems the pencil tool is even jaggier..

Did you try a higher resolution?

Oh I learned this tip..Always look at your image in Photoshop in increments of 25% If you view the image at say 33 it will look jaggy..
