good banner bad logo, logos need to be simple, letters, shapes, a simple play on the name. its very nice, just not logoish... |

It looks pretty cool, but yaeh deff not a logo. Keep the flower for the "i", i like that, but get rid of a lot of the elements and bring design closer and work on making it all go together. Also why are u using flowers and bugs and those lines, and that fontface? What does this comany do? Does any of this stuff relate to the company? or did it just look cool?
An idea you can try, is to write out "listen" with that paint splatter style, and put "design over it, on the bottom right. I still dont know what ur trying to tell everyone about ur company. Is it laid back and real chill? Does it deal with nature? or is it supposed to be corporate and structured and formal? or classic, or what?

its nice, but i think some bright colors added into the swirl would make it look awesome |
