I was trying to open a colored bmp file in photoshop 6 but on opening it turns to black and white.

i thinks it was saved as 1 bit bmp.

i wish to open this bmp file normally so that it shows all the colors.

this bmp file open normally in windows paintbrush but the color pallette turns to black and white

help me manage bmp of 1 bit/4 bit etc in photoshop or other software.
