Is it possible to have custom borders with Photoshop as it is in MS Publisher? I don't wanna have a custom shape that stretches, but a border that expands as much as it is needed when I make a rectangle for instance. Without loosing shape or changing its dimensions.

Thanks

Do you just mean a say plain white border? thats easy just go to image/canvas size and add as much as you need, here the white is added that way, and the black outer border is done with CTRL+A (select all) then edit/stroke and about a 5 pixle black added

No, I mean, for example in Publisher there's this bunch of borders that if you make a rectangle it will just fill the whole rectangle border with the style that you chose, it preserves the design without altering the proportions of it.

Ahh you mean the patten ones, there is a patten fill but it's a different thing, an easy way to "cheat" would be to print out a few from publisher and scan them in, then just add you image over the top and center it, leaving the border showing. Wayne
