Hey Everyone,
I am trying to find the easiest way to cut out my pics and blend them together. What would you all suggest? I currently use the magnetic lasso and then feather it to 1. |

I tend to either use the lasso tool the pen tool, or the extract tool, it depends on the pic I'm working on. 1-2 feather sounds about right, you don't want too much or you get a softish edge. Wayne |

thanks Wayne! Out of curiosity. I know that when you use the Pen or Lasso tool you have the magnetic option. But do you know of a way to use the magnetic option for the Extract tool? |

I don't believe extract has that option, if you use the preview feature after going around the edges and filling it you can see what you have cut out and put back some bits and remove others (sort of edit it)
Personally I'm not a big fan of the magnetic lasso/pen as I find it tends to leave an uneven line (it might be just me though lol) so I tend to just use the normal ones. Wayne |
