Hi,

I have installed the 30 day trial for Photoshop CS2 v 9 on my comp and when I try to run it an error message appears saying Photoshop has to close.

This happened a few times, so I downloaded another trial package, with the exactly the same result.

It downloads fine, I’ve tried custom install and “as it comes” install, and it will not run.
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Check if your antivirus is conflicting with it, also try holding down shift+alt+ctrl when it starts to load to delete prefferences. Are you on PC or MAC and what spec is your PC? Wayne
