If you knew her hair line, you could use the clone tool and fill in what's missing..That's how I'd do it..

Nice hat you gave her Wayne :D

Yeah, do as Wayne did, but try to find a photo from a similar angle and blend in a new hairline. Use the Healing Brush to erase rough edges and such. (If you're lost, try to search google for "photo manipulation tutorial" or maybe "retouch images tutorial".)

Good luck :)

Thanks for ur help but i still have a problem.
When i crop the upper image to fit to the lower part, and then taking sample to use the healing brush or the clone stamp, I can't take sample for the lower image..the forehead let's say...what am I doing wrong?
I want to "join" these two parts but i don't know how....
When i try to select all the picture and copy it to a new file i select it all but when i paste it pastes only the upper part...i don't know if I am understandable but I hope I am.
thank you.

Got to Layers..all the way to the bottom is Merge Visible..I always use that..That will merge the layers you have showing on the layers pallet..If you don't want a layer to merge, turn off that layer..

Or just lock the layers you want to merge and push Command/Ctrl + E. Or if you just have two layers, place them next to each other in the Layers Palette, select the top layer and push Command/Ctrl + E.
