Is your animation on a transparent background?

If so, make your photo the background to the gif..I would do this, by opening gif in Image Ready..

Take it into PS..Open your photo in PS..

I lock all the layers of the animation together..Drag them from the image to the photo..You can move them around and place where you want..

Don't know if this is how it's supposed to be done, but it's the way I do it..

If your gif has a background, I would remake the animation with the photo as the background ..
