I'm new to photoshop. I want to know how you make this kind light reflection effect. See how the images look like their shiny? Here are some examples:

pritty simple way is to make a new layer and with the circle selection tool make a selection of the area u want to shine and then select the bucket fill tool and put the opacity down to say 20 or 30 and fill the area with white
