|

Ever since I've had PSCS, most of the thumbnails of the files I save as psd's are black squares..Very few times are they the image..I can't figure out what makes them all black or not..
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks SCync..But that is a little too risky for me to attempt! I guess I'll just live with it..It's funny though, how it only does it with some of the files.. _________________ and the wisdom to know the difference... |

Playing about in the registry is a bit like brain surgery for beginners, one "snip" in the wrong place and you have a dead patient! This doesn't sound quite that bad though.
Now the curious thing is that I have CS2 and yet I can see the thumbnails ok, and I haven't tried the fix, this raises the question, is it every CS2 or only some that do this and why the difference?
Did you upgrade from an earlier version? and did you uninstall the earlier one first? or is CS2 a fresh install on a clean (photoshop wise) computer I'm wondering if this is the answer. Wayne |

Wayne, do you still have PS7 on your system? I know that if you do, the thumbnails stay enabled. |
