Okay I created my template with a top bar and a side bar and I can get text to show up but it isnt high enough.... I need it to start further up on the page
This is how the page looks now....

I also tried to make a template with just the top and the buttons etc directly under the top image... but for some reason it wont let me type under it, It either shows up all disoriented or above the template itself... HELP!

Am I creating the template wrong?? Do I need to make the bottom half into some kind of html while I am still editing on Adobe Photoshop CS?? Confused
