Ok here's my problem. I have a new truck that I'm building and I've seen some places that have some kind of javascript that allows them to just select different colors for the vehicle. I however have no idea how to do this short of heading at it with a the paintbrush tool. I'd appreciate insight into this and if not is there a possibility that someone has a single color photo of a 96 s-10 pickup that I could use the paint bucket on. Sorry if the lingo's not right I jsut got photoshop about a week ago. _________________ Thanks,

I always do it by creating another layer of the bodyshell and painting just that, I then try different layer blend modes till I get one I'm happy with (usually colour or overlay). Wayne |

you can try creating a mask of just the body then adjusting the hue. _________________ www.kg-studios.com |

HINT: There is a powerful little tool called "color range" in Photoshop's 6.0, 7.0, CS and CS2, it's under the selections menu which will make your life a lot easier regarding making masks by selecting one or few of the same color(s). SHHH - don't tell no one ;-) LOL _________________ Qubert |
