im working on something for fun/yearbook
nothing major just to make a picture entertaining.
the following is a picture of the cross country team on bleachers. i wanted to try to add an affect to where it looked like most of the scene was underwater up to the first rows knees or chests with their reflections as well as everything elses in the water and some rippling filters.
i dont really know how to do this at all though.
please help if you can.

hmm... I'll try it out, can't now though, homework... maybe tomorrow
oh, by the way, I'm designing our yearbook's cover too! Go us!
one more thing! what angle do you want to see the water from? like, looking straight on the water without seeing the top of the water would be 0 degrees, and looking straight down and not seeing a horizon would be 90 degrees.

Theres a few ways to do this, you could copy paste the top half then transform it to upsidedown (to get the reflection effect) and add ripples with the filters then darken it a little. I did it the easy way with a Flaming pears flood filter (a plug -in) but it gives you an idea of how it would look. Wayne

Spooky we both got the water level pretty close to the same place. Wayne
