ok i need help bad for this.. all of a sudden my photoshop CS will not open.. it will get to the last part of the load and freez, it was working fine one second and after i closed it it hasnt worked since.. please andy help would be appreciated |

You could try reseting preferences, start PS and hold down ALT CTRL and SHIFT as soon as it starts to run, see if that helps. Have you changed anything on your computer in the last few days? Wayne |

i will try that.. as far as changing things nothing has been taken off or put on.. i really only use the comp for photoshop so all my RAM and hard drive space is free... |

i forgot to add that it freezes with "Reading Text Global Resources... Done" .. i hope that helps a little |

1. try un installling it the control panels add remove programs option
2. then turn off your computer for about 1 minute
3. then turn on your computer
4. then reinstall photoshop in admin mode.
If that does not help the problem, then do steps 1 2 3 again and do step 4 in safe mode.
