I'm fairly new to photoshop. I need to burn several images that I've edited in photoshop to CD. I have no problem burning them, but when I check the CD to make sure everything worked, the images open up with photoshop. This CD will be for a customer who doesn't have photoshop. Will he be able to open the images on his computer since he doesn't?

Theres several factors here, one is the format you saved them as, if it's JPEG or TIFF, just about any PC (there are the odd exception) should open them ok, If you saved them as PSD, then it's only programs like Photoshop/paint shop etc that will open them.
The reason your PC my be opening JPEGs in Photoshop, is the file association, right click on an image icon, go down to properties, and it will show the format and what it's set to open with, if it's a jpeg/tiff you can click change and select windows picture viewer (or whatever) then it should open without opening photoshop every time.
