Using photoshop 7
done one picture relatively ok.
Now everytime i use the magnetic lasso tool, when i get so far round my image the pic dissapears and all i'm left with is white background, and the trace of the lasso tool line.
any ideas? it was only doing it on zoomed images to start with, now it does it even on the default zoom that the image opens in. |

Hi
never used version 7, but i am guessing the fill is in white, click it back to default or ty and go to select> inverserse after you use the lasoo tool.
Hope this helps, if not please reply as i will find out for you

Are you working with layers? If so, make sure that you're attempting to lasso the correct layer (meaning that make sure that the layer that you're trying to lasso is the layer that you have selected to work on).
This may or may not be it. Sorry.
Hope this helps. _________________ All gave some, some gave all.....Lest we forget that war produces veterans, wounded both mentally and physically, and it is our job to help them now, as they have already helped us all in ways we will never know, and in ways that we take for granted every day. |

Does photoshop all blank out/flicker and come back as well or is it just the image that goes blank? and what size images are you working on, are they larger than usual? Also did it work ok before and then go wrong or has it been like this from installing? Wayne |
