PLease help me, a friend of mine got me PS7 for christmas and I am determined to learn it. lol
But the one thing that is bugging the crap out of me and confuses me is the different sizes.
I created a transparent 500x100 banner but it looks totally different in PS7 than it does in PSP.
PSP looks better to work with unless I am doing something wrong in PS7

At the top of the image window it says the name of the image and the zoom amount, or percentage zoom.
in the first pic, it's zoomed to 66.7%, and in the second it's at 100%. You just need to make sure they're both zoomed in the same amount.
in the toolbar is a tool that looks like amagnifying glass, you can use it to zoom in and out, and you can also use the navigator window. If it's not open go to window |navigator.

I don't see what you mean, other than the fact the zoon in PS is set to 66.7%.

What GP means is your looking at two different sizes, the PSP one is 100% (actual size) while the PS one isn't, it's only 2/3 size (roughly) Also bare in mind your used to PSP where PS is all new to you and does look different.
Is it just the size issue or is there something else?
I'm not knocking PSP it's a very good bit of software (I have version 8 myself, although I prefere photoshop, which I'm more used to)
Heres a screencap of a 500x100 at 100% (in CS) for comparison. Wayne
