I have succeeded in corrected everything on this photo with the clone stamp except for the jaw line and chin area. I lost the shading in those areas when cloning and I couldn't make it look right. any suggestions? and thanks so much.

I gave it quick run to see how I'd do it...It's kinda nasty..
I first had to desaturate the picture completely. This gave it some hope.
The I made a Pattern of a clean surface..cloned from the pattern using the pattern clone tool brought it all to clean then slowly started pulling darker parts..I changed the opacity as I cloned to build the shadows..
also used the burn tool and dodge tool.
If I ended up with harsh lines I'd blend them with the heal brush..
Then used the hue/saturation set to colorize to bring back the yellowish look.
You're in for some fun.
