My guess is that this photo is beyond help. I only have this version of it. After I scanned it, I realized that I could have scanned this on a higher resolution with some luck, maybe.
Here it is. Do you think anything can be done with it?

I think the best you could do is a BW...I don't think there isn't enough details to even make something appear.

Can you re-scan it ? it could be improved, but the jpeg artificats make sharpening it difficult, it need to be scanned at hi res, so we have more to work with Wayne
