Alright, not that I haven't done this about a billion times, but I can't get this to work and it's bugging me.
I've got a folder with a little over 100 images in it. I created an action to reduce the ppi of an image to 72 ppi. I then tried to automate the action and have it open, play the action, then save the image in a different folder. I believe that I have everything set right, and PS even plays the action.....I see the image open, get reduced and then close. I don't know why it's not saving it to the specified folder. I've run into this before, and fixed it....I just can't remember what I did to fix it
I'll put a screen shot of PS-->the automation is in the middle and my action is to the right (set 2). I don't think that I have to make another step in the action "save", because I thought that the automation did that for me.
Thanks in advance!
NOTE: Where's cbadland at? He'd be proud of me for using "ppi" instead of "dpi"!!!!! LOL!!!

Well, I got it....I just added "save" to the action and it worked like a charm. Still, I thought that the automation did that for you anyways? It has that option, and I had it set to save in a folder and the "override save as command" box checked.....seemed like it should've worked. Oh well. _________________ All gave some, some gave all.....Lest we forget that war produces veterans, wounded both mentally and physically, and it is our job to help them now, as they have already helped us all in ways we will never know, and in ways that we take for granted every day.
