I`m talking about the text for the navigation buttons, Coverage, Sitemap, Webmasters, ect.... I`ve seen this text used alot.. Is it a font, or some type of effect?

Make the shape you want...
then add a gradient to it.(I used blue to dark gray)
then go to layer style and click bevel and emboss (hard chisel) set bevel size to taste...then add a thin black stroke (position outside)
Then type the letters in place.
That should do it.

I`m sorry... I failed to specify.. I was talking about the tiny text that they used on the buttons.. But i figured it out on my own.. Its a font called Mini 7.
