Hi Guys... Im New Here... Not Exactly New To Photoshop Though...But Im lookin Everywhere For A Cartoon Tutorial but cant Seem To Find It... Anyonone Here Knows How To Transform A Picture Into A Cartoon Or Anyone Here Knows A Website That Teaches How To Do This?...Please Help.. Thank You...

Hi

Not sure what exact type of cartoon you are looking for. ie black and white. or colour and with what brushes, but to give you an idea go to http://www.stealthdesignz.com/index2.php?page=photoshop/cartooncharacterlogo

This will give you a rough guide on what to do, if not please reply and i wil try and help

ok... thanks... will try as soon as i can register... the srver seems to be down or sumtin... i will try later... thanks again.... any other ways to create cartoon effects besides actions?

You could draw a selection around each part of you image and fill with a similar colour (to the original colour), this will give a sort of cartoon effect but is very time consuming. You might be better of with adobe illustrator, but I haven't use it enough to advise you on that.
This pic was done using photoshop and the method I mentioned, it was intended as "pop art" but is similar to a cartoon effect Wayne

the image you posted looks really vector......you may wanna import your image into illustrator, although you can use the pen tool in photoshop, illustrator is more draw friendly
