Hi all,
I have come across this wonderfull image and wish to practice how to recreate it using my own family using photoshop cs2.
I have drawn an outline around my son using the lasoo tool, copied and pasted the outine of my son onto a new layer. Then I have got a 2nd image of my darling wife and copy and pasted onto my son outline layer. I have then Shrunk my wife using the tranform tool and have placed her over my sons hand using the opacity tool as a guide.
But this is were i get stuck. How do you then blend both images together without getting any harsh outlines of my wife, i.e the square outline left over from the transorm tool.
If you can tell me it will be a great help as i am trying to do this for her christmas present
Merry Christmas, Josel

Merry Christmas Josel, I would suggest when you use the lasso tool try adding a feather (select/feather) that softens the edge of the selection, without knowing the sizes of your images it's hard to suggest a feather size, but if they are decent size starting pics, try about 30 pixles, and ajust from there.
You could also use the eraser tool on low opacity 10% perhaps and with a soft brush go around the edges of the face pic (make sure your on the right layer) Wayne
