Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can help? I have a new install of Elements 3 and every time I try to change the font it crashes. I uninstalled it and deleted the Elements folder in documents and settings that contains the preferences (as suggested in the Adobe knowledge base) then reinstalled yet the problem persists. I'm running Windows XP, btw, and my fonts are fine in other apps. |

Does it do it with every font, or just one in particular? I'm wondering if one of your fonts isn't compatable or something? Wayne |

Every font. It defaults to Myriad Pro which is fine, but as soon as I highlight the text and select another font from the dropdown menu it crashes.
It also crashes if I try to paste in text from another application. |
