I'm working on a necrotic zombie-like picture of myself and was trying to wrap skin around my mouth, but it looks fake. Can anyone give me a tip on how to make this look real?
I also noticed my right eye is much darker do to the lighting of the original picture, and I can't seem to get that lightened to match the left one. |

For the eye I'd cheat and copy the "good" eye and just reverse it and paste it over the existing "bad" one (if you know what I mean) As for the mouth, I don't know which way you did it, but the clone tool might do it. I'd be tempted to make a new image and clone the original skin onto that until theres a big patch then cut and paste it over the mouth, then go around the edges and blend it in. Wayne |

Good idea for the eye, but I can't figure out what the clone tool is, I know you set a source, but how is the result related to the source?
For the current patch, I took a strip from the side of my face and resized it over my mouth and blended the sides. |
