|
|
I have a pic taken from a cellphone. So it's low quality. However, I was wondering if there was a way to make the colors stand out more. For example, my face is kind of dark in the pic and I would like for it to stand out more if that makes any sense. Just seems like a very faded out pic in a way. Any suggestions?

I played around with a few filters in PS and this was about the best I could do.
The noise is a bit of a problem. Noise Ninja did its best though I suppose, helped by blurring thr background. Using shadow illuminator and adjusting levels a bit

Not bad at all. I might use that. Either way, thanks!
Anyone else have any other ideas?

I used a lot of adjustment layers: Hue/Sat, Curves and Levels. (and their masks too). I did some selective dodging highlights and burning shadows (and blurring) around your face. I also used some Adjustment>Shadow/Highlight around your face. And a little Unsharp Mask around your face as well.
Just a lot of little things here and there. I don't mean to be vauge, but it was not a one or two filter job.

Thanks lasa.
(there's "finding some eyes" and there's painting eyes where they belong...)

Yeah there aren't much eyes in my pic to begin with, hehe.
Appreciate the assistance so far guys! I've used Photoshop so many times before but I still call myself a novice at this stuff. Still so much to learn about it.

I really like that last one except that the face looks kind of "pixelated" sort of in a way. Any way to fix that?
But seriously, thanks for helping out!
