How can i integrate an image with the background? (for example, i m trying to integrate the tower to the sky in the BG but i cant do it as you can see the borders)

if you are talking about the tower edges it just needs to be cropped closer.
At this stage I think you could simply erase along the edges of the tower with a semi-hard brush and it would look better.

I agree with Lassa. That's a good way (probably the easiest and fastest way too!) to do it if you still have seperate layers.
If you don't have seperate layers, use the clone tool (set to soft feather) to and stamp the sky closer to the tower.
