Photoshop allready has the extract filter (filters menu) which does a fair job, or you could use the lassoo tools or the pen tool (convert to paths and selections) there are quite a few different ways to cut out something in PS.
The plug-in you refere to could be Fluid mask by Veritus www.vertustech.com it's not cheap though about £175, it works something like the built in quickmask, but with lots of options. Wayne |
