I made patterns before I am not sure how to do this one. It's the marching ants like when you finish cutting out an image. Also I was wondering how the affect was created on the foreground pic of the players face. Thanks

Two duplicates of the player underneath the player's layer, one duplicate moved to the left, the other to the right and lowering opacity.
