I was browsing another board where someone posted this picture claiming to have done it from scratch:
Now, I've got a pretty big suspicion that this is just a regular picture of someone with a Photoshop filter slapped over it. Is anyone able to verify this? |

Hard to say. Some parts of it definitely have a filter-like appearance. Perhaps the artist painted it digitally and then applied filters to it.

Looks like filters to me!
The brush strokes are all going the same way.
Some of it may have been done in Corel Painter

Without reading your post the first thing that crossed my mind while looking at the image was "nice use of filters".

It looks like brush strokes filter (or something like it) but theres some pixilation going on as well??? Wayne |
