I like the first one better, just because the quality of teh brushes and render are better, the render should be blended in, because it's not blended at all, polygon lasso 25% feather, and then cut around your render and copy and paste, then duplicate the render, drop the top render to 80% opacity, and set the blending mode to the second one at Overlay and then go back to the top render layer and hit Ctrl+Shift+U do desaturate some of the colors, then add a colorbalance layer and a 1px border and ur done  .
I think Ky from Guilty Gear X2 would have been a better render though.

hahaha, yes, it's done that for me a couple of times, but one time i asked for orange juice and it braught me a milk shake.
