How can I make these lines circled below look better.
I'm trying to make it look like it was stamped by the post office obviously, I was trying to do them free hand and to me it just looks like garbage. Is there maybe another way I could do this?
Thanks In Advanced.

One way would be to make 3 or 4 lines evenly spaced lines then apply a wave filter (see sample)
Filter / Distort / Wave...

Or just scan it in and trace...

Well, I tried the wave filter but the lines are to small, it get's to jaged.
I tried making these lines in corel draw to see if it would get rid of the jagedness, then open it in PS, but it didnt work.
This has got to be possible.
Any other suggestions?

Vectors, but preferable in a program other than Photoshop.

Is Corel Draw a vector program?
I've tried doing it in corel. Maybe there's another way to do this than what I did.
