Can you be more specific? Are you working on a locked background image? What are you trying to do exactly?

Well basicaly on photoshop on my other computer when i paste a new layer onto a piece i am working on then it will have a sort of dotted line box round it and there are 4 little boxes on the corners and 2 on the middle that if dragged enlarge the layer. I think its called a bounding box? on the photoshop ive just installed this box dosent appear when i open anything and i would find it alot easier if i could have this back. Im sure ive seen the option to show this box on one of the menus before but i cant remember where, Cheers, dan.

OK. (Didn't know if you were brand-new to Photoshop). Select the Move Tool, then check "Show Bounding Box" in its Option Bar at top of screen.

Yeah, for some reason I always first look under View>Show to find Show Bounding Box. I keep forgetting it’s a Move Tool option.

You learn sump-thin' every day...
I didn't even know that option existed. Sounds handy.
