what version of photoshop are you using? if you are using cs or cs2 you can use the shape tool to creat a path, make your shape and then when you place your text place it on the text, it should then follow the path |

It's fun isn't it? Also for text warping, there is a button at the top of the screen when you've got text selected that looks like a T with a curve under it. if you click that, you'll get some cool text warp effect options. _________________ brush your hair and comb your teeth |

This would be better in Illustrator as it looks like a vector file to me
