Hello, I am attempting to create a BMP with the same color palette as Starcraft sprite images.

The tutorial I've found regarding creating Starcraft bmps mentions saving it as 8-bit, indexed color BMPs with compressed RLE, but it doesn't mention how to extract the palette from a Starcraft image and load it into Photoshop.

I don't really know much about what you're doing. If there's one specific palette that you need to use that you must extract from Starcraft, I don't think there's much we can help you with. If not, I suppose you could find some existing image that uses all of Starcraft's permitted colors, paste it in Photoshop, go to Image>Mode>Indexed Colors, select 'Local (Selective)' or whichever one you want, set the box to 256 colors, and press okay, then go to Image>Mode>Color Table, save the palette, and then load that palette from the image you want to convert using that palette.
