We are trying to do a cover for a yearbook using Adobe Photoshop, and we are using signatures and TRYING to layer them, but cant figre out how, anything would help us

We are using photoshop 7.0 if it helps

What kind of problems? What exactly are you trying to do?
Drag and drop or copy and paste should automatically make a layer. Be sure you are in a format that support layers (i.e. Not GIF)

uhm I think they are jpgs, and what I cant figure out is that I will have them open, and the layers pallete, yet they all have different palletes, how do I combine them all? thanks for any and all help.

Select the move tool, click and drag one picture onto another.
