I've just purchased the disks for the above - one the program, one the Plugin collection V2.
Haven't got a clue how to get these Plugins into the program (I use a PC)

Anyone help?

First install photoshop. then copy and paste the plugins from the cd to the plugins fiolder in photoshop, for windows it's

my computer,
local disk c,
programs,
adobe, photoshop cs (or whatever version you bought)
plug-ins, just paste them in there and next time you run photoshop they should appear (usually in the filters menu, but not always)
