Hey,
I was wondering how do yuo guys find jobs that actually pay money not free webhosting or any of that actual $$$ because i am needing some money and my current job just isnt getting enough and idont want to get a bank loan at the moment any tips on how you guys find jobs would be appreciated.

*EDIT* I am trying to find out ho wto get jobs in Australia, Not a Full time Job just a normal Design, like the Market Place in here.

Do what I did; rent a good host with like 300GB bandwith and 5GB hard drive space for only $100 a year and design a site with a lot of free stuff, like tutorials, brushes, wallpapers, etc.
Don't make junk, only high quality.
Promote your site a lot (and I mean a lot!) so that you get about 10,000 visitors a day, add 2 or 3 different ads on every page and lean backwards while you see the money coming in. Do make sure that you work on your site every day and add content every day, lots of content.
Last thursday for example I made $550 US with only one ads company on a single day. That's about $720 Australian dollars.
On average I make $100$200 a day and that number is rising every month. And remember; on the internet what you make a day should be multiplied by 30.5
